Funeral services for Mrs. Theresa Ann Mount, age 66 of Marion, LA will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, September 22, 2023 at First Baptist Church of Marion. Bro. Bubba Hoggatt will be officiating. Burial will follow in Roark Cemetery under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home.

Mrs. Theresa was a kind, loving person. Anyone she met would become her family. Mrs. Theresa loved her Savior and loved Gospel music. She was the backbone of her family and will be greatly missed.

Mrs. Theresa is preceded in death by her parents, Arnold M. and Lola Black Lister.

She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Gary Mount; three sons, Jason Nicholas Mount and wife Barbara Mount, William Darnell Mount II and Gary Benson Mount; four grandchildren, Donald Tomlin, Jr., Dakota Tomlin, Liam Gage Mount, Braxton Michael Mount, and Savannah Lirette; one great grandchild, Sophia Lynn Tomlin; sister, Brenda Lirette; brother, Richard Keith Lister and wife Jennie; her pets, Cookie, Cajun and Willow; and many nieces and nephews.

Serving as pallbearers will be Jason Miller, Benji Mount, Shannon Gilbert, Charles Remore, Jr., Donald Tomlin, and Brandon Roddy.

Visitation will be held from 12:30 until the time of the service at 2:00 at First Baptist Church in Marion
