Funeral services for Teresa Doster Cockerham, 54, of Haughton will be held at 1:00pm, Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at Beulah Baptist Church with Bro. Adam Holloway officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery near Calhoun under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home in Farmerville.

Mrs. Cockerham went to her heavenly home on March 10, 2018. Teresa was a native of Ouachita Parish, having moved to Farmerville in 1981. She graduated Farmerville High School in 1982. Teresa was a member of Church of the Cross in Haughton, La. She managed the Cotton Patch in Farmerville early in life. Recently, she was General Manager of Popeye's in Minden, La. Teresa was a born leader and trained many employees in the restaurant industry. She treated her employees as family, seeing potential in all. She was fondly known as a Daddy's Girl.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, George Cockerham of Haughton; parents, Orville & Shirley Doster of Farmerville; two sons, Derek Hunter of Haughton and Ryan Hunter of Shreveport; three daughters, Misty Sims (Brandon) of Shreveport, Mandi Hunter of Shreveport and Lacy Procell of Haughton; one brother, Orville Doster, Jr. of Arkansas; two sisters, Anita Cross (Terry) of Mt. Pleasant, Tn. and Angela Austin (Glen) of Winnfield; six grandchildren, Brittney, Caleigh, Abigail, Leland, Makayla and Savanna; and a host of other family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Terry Sims, Brandon Sims, Zachary Doster, Caleb Austin, Ernie Burley and Brandon Smith.

Visitation will be from 5:00pm – 7:00pm, Tuesday, March 13th at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel.

Memorials can be made to Beulah Baptist Church or St. Jude's.
