Graveside services for Summer DeAnn Lum, 40, of Dean, La., will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, February 14, 2021 at Dean Cemetery with Bro. Aleck Nyegaard officiating.  Arrangements are under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home in Farmerville.

Mrs. Lum passed away February 8, 2021.  Summer was a beautiful soul who loved everyone.  She was an all-around awesome person who would light up any room she entered.  She was a loving wife, daughter and friend.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 7 years, Joshua DeWayne Lum; mother, Terri Lynn Martinez (Lupe); father, Randy Stripling (Jewel); grandparents, Dewey & Juanita Rhodes; special cousin, Kaitlyn Rhodes; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Shane Brantley, Chris Brantley, Tyree Rhodes, James Patrick, Ronnie Stripling, Joe Bridges, Joseph Patrick and Dusty Rhodes.

The family would like to thank the staff of Christus Mother Francis Hospital of Tyler, Tx. for their loving and committed care for Summer.

The family requests that those who attend the visitation and service, please wear a mask and practice social distancing.

Visitation will be held Sunday, February 14, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. ~ 12:45 p.m. at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel.
