Funeral services for Mr. Stephen Paul Mitcham, age 57 of Scotland, AR, will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, October 13, 2025 at Camp Creek Baptist Church in Spearsville with Bro. Eddie Schexnaydre officiating. Interment will follow at Spearsville City Cemetery under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home.

Stephen was a graduate of Spearsville High School. After high school he attended and graduated from Diesel Academy in Houston, TX. Stephen was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding four wheelers. He loved anything mechanical and could figure out how to fix anything. Stephen was a story teller and loved cooking. He was baptized at Camp Creek and was a member at Scotland Baptist Church in Arkansas.

Stephen was preceded in death by his father, Elton Paul Mitcham.

He is survived by his wife, Debbie Vance Mitcham; children, Chris and Brittany Mitcham; step son, Josh Raley; grandchildren, Haven West, Olivia West, Bella Reeves, Connor Raley, and Liam Raley; mother, Wanda Mitcham; brothers, Jeff Mitcham (Jeri Sue) and David Mitcham; sister, Jennifer Thomas (Scotty); and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Serving as pallbearers will be Stephen Bryan Mitcham, Daniel Ates, Dustin Ates, Garrett Mitcham, Greg Barron, Gunner Durrett, and Greg Burns.

Visitation will be held at 12:30 Pm, prior to the service, Monday, October 13, 2025 at Camp Creek Baptist Church.
