Stacy Yvonne Harrell

Stacy Yvonne Harrell was born December 16, 1969 to Kirby and Sandy Dean and went to her heavenly home on July 11, 2026.

She was raised in Crossroads, Louisiana. Being the oldest of four children, she was gifted a nurturing spirit, which she poured into everyone she loved. Being loved by Stacy was one of the greatest blessings that anyone could know. She loved relentlessly! She never turned down the opportunity to be a listening ear to others, but she was also not afraid to offer advice or even overstep if she thought it meant she could help them out. Every step Stacy took was out of love. Because of that she was the most wonderful daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.

However, nothing meant more to her than being a wife, mother,and grandmother. Stacy and David, “Crock”, just recently celebrated their 13th wedding anniversary. They made the most of every minute they had together, selflessly taking care of each other every day. Stacy let him fish as much as he wanted and he let her do everything she wanted! Aside from their house, their favorite place to be was at the beach, with a fishing rod in his hand and a customized beach tumbler in hers.

Raising her children was Stacy’s greatest joy. She was born to be a mother! She gave everything she had to her children and had so much fun doing it. She loved every stage of raising her kids and never complained, except when she had to wake TJ up for school! Stacy mothered every one of their friends that came through her door and when Nicole and TJ got older, she graciously accepted their spouses, John and Olivia into their family and gave them the space to create and grow their own families, waiting and willing to give help or advice whenever they asked. When she and Crock got married, Stacy gained three more daughters, Paige, Stormi, and Tiffani. She called them her little “Cinderellas.” She was so proud of them and their families!She loved having them over for her big loud family Christmas game nights.

Aside from all of the gadgets and gizmos in her kitchen drawer,her true treasures on earth were her grandchildren. From fishing off the dock with Mak and Karson, to coffee and snow cone dates with Chloe, and letting Lincoln, Beckham, and Ledger do WHATEVER they wanted, she soaked in every single moment. Her grandchildren were her favorite conversation topic and she never shied away from bragging about them. Being “SaySay” to the big kids and “Haa” to the little kids was her favorite title in the world and they were the most blessed babies in the world!

Stacy loved her family so much that she would even do the one thing she hated most to get them to come over, cook!

Stacy was always looking forward to her next beach trip and pretty much always had a bag packed. Whether she was with Crock, the whole family, or the “Mean Girls”, she was at home anywhere with sand, waves, and water she could see through.

She continuously inspired everyone around her with her resilient faith in Jesus Christ. Stacy was a living example of Philippians 4:7. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. She spoke unashamedly of her faith and where her peace came from to anyone willing to listen! She prayed boldly for her family and was always so excited to see how the Lord was working things out in their lives.

She is proceeded in death by her father, Kirby Dean; father-in-law, Johnny Harrell; and great niece, Haven Dean.

She is survived by her husband, David “Crock“ Harrell;daughter, Nicole Murphy and husband, John; son, TJ Futch and wife, Olivia; stepdaughters, Paige Roberson and husband, Caleb,Stormi Robinson and husband, Braeden, Tiffani Smith and husband Cole; grandkids, Chloe, Makinli, Karson, Lincoln, Beckham and Ledger; mother, Sandy Dean; mother-in-law, Cecilia Harrell; sisters, Rossi Phelps and husband, Wesley,Casey Futch and husband David; brother, Ronnie Dean and wife, Emily; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Stacy will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, July 16, 2026 at her home church, Antioch Baptist Church with Bro. Rubin Weaver officiating. Interment will follow at Crossroads Cemetery under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home. There will be a visitation held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at Farrar Funeral Home.

Serving as pallbearers will be Chase O’Keefe, Logan Wade, Todd Futch, Nick Halley, Ben Greer, and Ross Wilhite.

While our hearts are broken, we know that Stacy is safe, whole,and healed in the presence of her savior. Our hope is that she is sitting on a beach somewhere in Heaven, waiting for all of us to come set up her umbrella.
