Funeral services for Mr. Sherward Ray Graham, age 87 of Spearsville, LA will be held at 3:00 Pm, Saturday, April 15, 2023 at Liberty Baptist Church in Spearsville with Bro. Bill Styron officiating. Burial will follow in Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home.

Mr. Sherward worked as an outside salesman for General Electric, he worked for Graham Home Furnishing and the D'Arbonne State Park in maintenance. Mr. Sherward loved to fish as much as possible. He loved music and even played the guitar. He also enjoyed playing cards.

Mr. Sherward is preceded in death by his wife of 13 years, and the love of his life Melba Watson Graham, parents: M. L (Jack) and Lonnie Graham, brother: M.L. Graham, Jr., and two daughters: Theresa and Pam.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughter Robin Rushing, brother: Elvin Graham, sister: Nelda Gaye Williams, three step sons: Johnny Rigdon (Sherri), Paul Rigdon (Becky), and Terry Rigdon (Lori), one step daughter: Debra Bates (Mark), 13 grandchildren: Jimmy Herrington, Jr., Matthew Herington, Dekota Rushing, Eric Stricklin, Anthony Brazeal, Josh Rigdon (Britni), Jordan Rigdon (Kaitlyn), Kirk Rigdon (Alyssa), Brittany Downs (Stephen), Courtney Ishee (London), Jacob Rigdon (McKenzie), John Cody Rigdon, and Caden Bates, four great grandchildren, and a host of friends and family.

Serving as pallbearers will be Ricky Graham, Ray Lockwood, Terris Widner, Terry Rigdon. Paul Rigdon, and Johnny Rigdon.

Visitation will be held from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, Friday, April 14, 2023 at Liberty Baptist Church in Spearsville.
