Funeral services for Sarah Bernice Hines, age 77 of Marion, LA, will be held at 10:0 AM, Friday, January 17, 2025 at Farrar Funeral Home with Bro. Robin Cox officiating. Interment will follow at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home.

Sarah attended Collins Mississippi schools. She was an excellent cook, always preparing old school meals. Sarah could sew any type of clothing from her own patterns. She also enjoyed quilting. Sarah loved her husband, children, grandchildren, and all other family members. She will be dearly missed.

Sarah was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years: Raymond Hines; her parents: Jasper C. and Madis McDonald Sellers; brother: Nolan Sellers; and sister: Barbara Boyett.

She is survived by her three sons: Robert N. Hines, Rodney C. Hines (Denise), and Raymond Hines, Jr.; two brothers: Tim Sellers (Sondra) and Keith Sellers (Rhonda); sister: "Susie" Kilcrease (Rickey); five grandchildren: Ashley Hines, Christi Hines, Kirstie Eubanks, Jordan Hines, and Dustin Hines; and 13 great grandchildren.

Serving as pallbearers will be Rodney Hines, Robert Hines, Dustin Hines, Jesse Sellers, Jonah Sellers, and Rickey Kilcrease.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, prior to the service, Friday, January 17, 2025 at Farrar Funeral Home.
