A grave side service for Ms. Sandra Lynn Slaton, age 75 of West Monroe, LA, will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, February 28, 2026 at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Choudrant, LA.

Sandra was a graduate of West Monroe High School. After high school she attended Northeast Louisiana University. Sandra was an accountant with Misco Paper Convertors and Weeks Supply Company. She was currently working at the Union Parish Library. She served as a Poll watcher and as a tax accountant for her friends.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents Ernest Lee and Virginia Burdine Slaton; son, Andy Anderson; two brothers, Jimmy Juneau and Samuel Slaton; nephew, Shayne Juneau; and niece, Jodi Slaton.

She is survived by her son, David Lowery; niece, Cissy Gooden; great niece, Dani Gullette; great nephews, Jordan Slaton and Austin Butler; great great nephew, Jax Gullette; foster son, Charles McNair; and grandchildren, Savannah, Andrew, and Daisy McNair.
