A funeral service for Mr. Roy Gale Williams, 84, of Farmerville, La., will be held on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, 2:00 PM at Liberty Baptist Church in Spearsville, La. Interment will follow in Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on November 22, 2021, 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel in Farmerville, La.

Mr. Roy Williams passed away on November 19, 2021. He was a loving husband and father. Mr. Roy was a hard worker, and he enjoyed working with his cows and doing the daily chores to keep up his farm. Mr. Roy pipelined all over the United States for over 40 years, and later retired from Lion Oil where he worked for over 25 years. Roy was dearly loved and will be missed by many.

Roy is preceded in death by: his son, Wayne Gale Williams; his parents, Nash and Sis Williams; his step-son, Royce Lockwood; his granddaughter, Rachel Monzingo; and his brothers, Ray Williams and John Williams.

Those left to cherish his memory include: his loving wife of 49 years, Nelda Williams; his children, Robert Lenn Williams, Rusty Williams, Angela McCallum, Tonya Hyatt (Kris), Ray Lockwood (Jill), Lynn Jones (Mark), and Carla Chrisman (Sam); fifteen grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; his siblings, Ronnie Williams (Betty), Kay Wade (Mack), J.N. Williams (Karen), and Mary Faye Holloway (John); along with numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
