Private graveside services will be held for Robert Franklin Jones, 73, of Farmerville at Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home of Farmerville.

Mr. Jones went to his heavenly home on Wednesday, April 29, 2020 in Monroe, La. Mr. Jones was a retired United States Army Sgt. 1st Class of 21 years and served in Vietnam for four years. He was a member of Beulah Baptist Church where he taught Sunday school for over 20 years. Mr. Jones worked for 33 years as the Manager/Owner of Home Pest Control. Mr. Jones never passed up an opportunity to share his testimony. Robert was a loving husband and a devoted father and grandfather. He will be sorely missed and forever in his family's hearts.

Mr. Jones was preceded in death by his parents, Harvey R. & Louise Bentley Jones; four brothers, Ray Jones, Jimmy Jones, Earl Jones and Gene Jones; and two brothers-in-law, Carlos Doster and Danny Doster.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 48 years, Diane Doster Jones; one daughter, Dawn Stanley & husband, Stephen; four grandchildren, Caitlin, Gabe, Nate and Ariel; one brother, Ralph Jones; two sisters-in-law, Hazel Jones and Marie Jones; four nieces, Sissy Livesay, LaDonna Jones, Eugenia Newsom and Mims Jones; one nephew, Richard Jones; and a host of other family and friends.
