Mr. Robert L. "Bee" Stewart was born February 12, 1939 and passed away February 7, 2022. Bee was married to the love of his life, Carol, for over 54 years. Carol went to her heavenly home in 2014 and every day since then, he anticipated the day that he would see her again. Now, they are together. Bee was a loving father and granddaddy. He had a deep love for the outdoors and enjoyed farming, coon hunting, riding his four-wheeler, and just being out in nature. Bee loved to tell stories about the good old days, even writing a book about the adventures of yesteryears. Growing up, Bee was a member of Wards Chapel Church of Christ and later became a member of Farmerville Church of Christ. He also drove a school bus for the Union Parish School Board for 25 years. Bee was loved by many and he will be dearly missed.
Bee was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Nick Stewart; parents, Bob and May Delle Stewart; sister, Patricia Kennedy; and great-granddaughter, Sierra Freeman.
Those left to cherish his memory include his three children, Cindy Braxton (Brian), Sherry Stewart, and Todd Stewart (Maranda); grandchildren, Brandi Braxton Whitworth (Matt), Katy Braxton Eldridge (Aaron), Crystal O'Melia, Dakoda Redden, Montana Redden, Dillon Nelson (Elizabeth), Cheyenne Nelson, Chandler Gilbert, and Ben Stewart; seven great-grandchildren, Daken, Blane, Ada Jane, Conner, Tessa, Lilith, and Anzlee; siblings, Marilyn Albritton and Joyce Albritton; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other family members and friends.
