A memorial service for Mr. Ricky "Bubba" Wyatt, age 52 of Downsville, La. will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at lake View Missionary Baptist Church in Farmerville with Rev. Dan Hall officiating.

"Bubba" was born September 14, 1971 in Monroe, LA and graduated from Downsville High School. If you knew "Bubba", as many of his friends and family called him, you saw him as a man who lived life to the fullest and loved to have a good time. Ricky was known in many circles and had numerous friends of all ages. "Bubba" began working in the oil field as a deck hand, floor man, and driller with Grey Wolf Oil Company. Later he joined Mr. Maurice Rogers and opened up Rogers Insulation and had a successful business. Some knew him as an employee with Diamond Jacks Casino in Bossier City as well. "Bubba" was loved by anyone who came in contact with him.

"Bubba" was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Fordie and Rosema Kyle Adkins; and his paternal grandparents, Clara and Estelle Wyatt.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Richard Wyatt and Robin Wyatt; parents, Mike and Janice Wyatt; sisters, Vickie Traylor (Casey) and Kacee Anderson (Charlie); special friend, Diane Rhodes Zielinski; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

Serving as pallbearers will be Jobe Traylor, Jonah Traylor, Matthew Bryan, and Kylen Anderson. Honorary pallbearers will be Les Roberson and Maurice Rogers.

Visitation will be held at 1:00 PM, prior to the service, Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at Lake View Missionary Baptist Church.
