Paulette McCall Bush of Bernice, Louisiana, at 71 years of age, passed away on March 26, 2022. She was born on February 17, 1951 in Bernice, LA.

Graveside services for Paulette Bush will be held ­­­­­­10:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 29 ^th at Beech Grove Methodist Church Cemetery in Spearsville, LA. Bro. Jeff Roberts will officiate.

She married Larry Bush, the love of her life, who left this world too soon and now she is with him. She has met a lot of people during her lifetime that meant so very much to her. She cherished the friendships that she made along the way.

Paulette Bush was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil A. McCall and Verna Copeland McCall and her husband of 42 years, Larry Bush.

Paulette is survived by her three daughters, Michelle Bush of Spearville, LA, Barbara Monk and her husband Eddy Monk of Spearsville, LA, and Betty Batterton and her husband Michael Batterton of Choudrant, LA.

Seven grandchildren: Megan Padron and her husband Nathaniel Padron, Hannah Johnson and her husband Clint Johnson, Kristian Batterton, Hayden Monk, Hunter Monk, Logan Batterton, and Taylor Batterton.

Two great-grandchildren, Mason Padron and Millie Claire Padron.

Numerous nephews and nieces, great nephews and nieces and a few great-great nephew and nieces. Special nieces Mary Shoemaker and Mandie Cribb.

There are so many we would like to thank, but the most important is Jeff Roberts for his support and strength from the Lord and Jill Holland for taking care of our mother like her own. Special thanks to Lynette Wade at Union General Rural Health, as well as Union General Hospital, Brent Cranford and St Francis Hospital, and the tons of community support we got each and every day. We can never repay each of you. Thanks so much, it is greatly appreciated.
