Funeral services for Patricia Ann Pace, 79, of Farmerville will be held at 2:00pm Saturday, August 20, 2016 at First United Methodist Church with Bro. Hank Hamilton officiating. Burial will be in the Farmerville City Cemetery under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home in Farmerville.

Mrs. Pace went to her heavenly home August 17, 2016. She was a lifelong resident of Farmerville, a member of 1st United Methodist Church and enjoyed participating in the Methodist Women's Groups. She also enjoyed participating in the Senior Olympics. Pat retired from First United Bank in Farmerville after 25 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Scott Bazel & Gladys Combs Morgan; husband, of 43 years, Donald Gray Pace; brother, D.C. Morgan; sister, Bertha Van Hook; and niece, Karen Sue Morgan.

She is survived by one sister, Flora McDuff of Farmerville; nieces who were her caregivers: Gladys Marie Rainwater of El Dorado, AR, Charlotte Jean Baxter of Texarkana, TX, Marsha Elizabeth Holcomb of Farmerville, LA and Debbie Lynn Swafford of Lake Providence, LA.; as well as Susan Bortz Wormington and Carol Ann Bortz Stromberg; and nephews: Charles Morgan, Leland Morgan, Bobby Parks, Ralph Parks, Gary Bortz, Walter Bortz, and Bradley Bortz.

Pallbearers will be Bobby Parks, Ralph Parks, Charles Morgan, Tommy Swafford, Gary Bortz and Gary Cobb.

Visitation is Saturday, August 20th at First United Methodist Church from noon until time of service.

The family would like to express special thanks to Gladys Rainwater for her loving dedication and endless hours of caregiving to their Aunt Patricia.
