A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Farrar's Funeral Home in Farmerville, LA with Bro. Jeff Hurst officiating followed by a grave side service at Beulah Baptist Cemetery.  Visitation services will be on Tuesday evening from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Patricia Lee Jones, 74, of Farmerville, LA, passed away peacefully on March 1, 2026.

Born on August 23, 1951, in Magnolia, Arkansas, Patricia was the youngest of three children.  She grew up in Bastrop Louisiana with many loving family members with a deep love of family, gardening and cooking.  She moved to Farmerville, Louisiana in 1985 with her prior husband Charles Jones where they settled down on a farm and raised their loving children.

Patricia enjoyed having coffee at the breakfast table with her family providing a warm smile and open ear to listen and comfort.  She enjoyed traveling to Dallas for vacation, going to the annual family reunion, visiting loved ones.  She loved fishing on the pond and cooking a big meal for her loved ones.  Her faith in the lord provided her strength, comfort and joy in life.

Patricia is survived by her 4 sons David Wayne Smith, Donald Jones (Leslie), Ronald Jones, and Charles Michael Jones (Sherry); five grandchildren who were the light of her life—Dustin Jones (Caroline), Kassi Jones (BJ), Aleece Jones, Taylor Benton, and Mason Jones; five great grandchildren Emersyn Ross, Blaine Ross, Carter Jones, Grant Jones and June Jones. Niece, Debra Talley (Steve) and great nephew Peyton Talley.

She is preceded in death by her parents, O.B. Jurls and Hester Lee Jurls, her brother Clifton Ray Jurls (Gloria), sister Paula Ann Patton (Buddy) and granddaughter Elizabeth Jones.

Serving as pallbearers will be Steve Talley, Dustin Jones, Carter Jones, B.J. Jones, Blaine Ross, and Bobo Kilcrease.

Patricia's warmth and quiet strength will be profoundly missed, but the love she shared lives on in everyone she loved and cherished.
