Graveside services for Mickey Skains, 67, of Farmerville will be held at 2:00pm, Friday, March 1, 2019 at Sardis cemetery with Bro. Marshall Sevier officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home in Farmerville.

Mr. Skains passed away on February 25, 2019 in Farmerville. Mickey loved to hunt and fish as long as he was able to. He was a good father who loved his children and grandchildren.

Mr. Skains was preceded in death by his parents, Arley & Linnie Mae Skains; and a brother, Rickey Skains.

Left to cherish his memory are his three sons, Mickey Wayne Skains (Connie), Rusty Skains and Paul Skains; two daughters, Kristi Chaney (Lucas) and Krystal Thomas (Chad); one brother, Kim Skains (Gloria); one sister, Judy Dison; four grandchildren, Billy Wayne Skains, Cody Allen Skains, Abigail Thomas and Lilly Mae Thomas; and a host of other family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Stan Bearden, Steve Bearden, Jack Boggs, Lucas Chaney, Dusty Dison and Chad Thomas.

Visitation will be from 12:00p.m. – 2:00p.m., Friday, March 1, 2019 at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel in Farmerville.
