Funeral services for Mickey Ford, of Farmerville will be held at 10:00am, Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at Sardis Baptist Church with Bro. Bob Jackson officiating. Interment will follow in Sardis Cemetery under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home in Farmerville.

Mr. Ford, 64, went to his heavenly home August 12, 2017. He was the owner of Flooring One in West Monroe and a deacon at Sardis Baptist Church. He enjoyed camping, traveling and loved baseball, especially his favorite team, the New York Yankees.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bob Ford; one brother, Joe Ford; a nephew, Damian Fontenot; and two sisters-in-law, Sandra Kyle and Diane Ford.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 40 years, Dianne Ford; mother, Joyce Ford of Mer Rouge, LA; daughter, Abby Ford of West Monroe; step-son, Greg Morrison & wife, Kristi of Bastrop; one brother, Howell Ford of Mer Rouge; four sisters: Joy Powell & husband, Rodney of Bastrop, Judy Fontenot of Pineville, Susan McHenry & husband, Warren of Houston, TX, and Dorothy Ford of Mer Rouge, LA; one granddaughter, Allison Morrison of Blue Springs, MO; numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.

Pallbearers will be Allen Perry, Claude Durbyn, Bobby Crain, Ken Hart, Bryan Crnkovic and Casey Martin.

Honorary pallbearers will be the Deacons of Sardis Baptist Church.

Visitation is scheduled for Monday, August 14, 2017 from 5:00pm 8:00pm at Sardis Baptist Church.
