Funeral services for Michael Owens, 42, of Spearsville will be held at 2:00pm Sunday, Sept. 11, 2016 at Pentecostals of El Dorado, AR with Bro. James Fout and Connor Garlington officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery in Junction City, AR under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home in Farmerville, LA.

Mike, a shift supervisor with Lion Oil in El Dorado, went to his heavenly home Sept. 7, 2016. During his battle with cancer his love and faith for the Lord never waivered. Mike enjoyed hunting, fishing and doing anything outdoors. He especially loved spending time with family, friends and serving the Lord.

He was preceded in death by his father, David Owens, Sr.; brother, David Owens, Jr. and son, David Cole Owens.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Shauna Owens of Spearsville; son, Trey Owens of Spearsville, mother, Aline Moore & stepdad, Charles of Spearsville; inlaws: Raye & Kevin Primm, Neal Primm and Karon Moreland. He is also survived by many friends and relatives who loved him dearly.

Pallbearers will be Dale Taylor, Todd Wilson, David Welch, Troy Cornell, Billy Tucker, and Andy Vittorio.

Visitation will be 4-6pm Saturday at Pentecostals of El Dorado located on 2400 James Blvd. in El Dorado, AR.
