Funeral services for Michael Moore, 67, of Farmerville will be held at 10:00am Thursday, July 26, 2018 at Farrar Funeral Home in Farmerville with Bro. Wayne Whiteside officiating. Burial will be in Crestview Cemetery under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home.

Mr. Moore went to his heavenly home on July 23, 2018. He was a highly intelligent man, an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved to play golf and enjoyed schooling the younger guys on the golf course. He enjoyed reading Western novels (especially Louis Lamour). He also enjoyed collecting comic books (Marvel was his favorite). Michael loved his family and his dogs, Attila and Catty.

He was preceded in death by his father, Cecil Moore; mother, Marie Moore; stepson, Adam Wright; and brother, Robert Moore.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 19 years, Kathleen Moore; son, Jeremy Moore (Amber); daughters: Jodi Jones (Matt) and Kristy Majure (Eric); special daughter-in-law, Mary Alford (Craig); and 8 grandchildren: Blaze Jones, Mason Jones, Rileigh Majure, Paisley Majure, Kaydence Wright/Alford, Kinsley Alford, Arizona Moore and Memphis Moore.

Pallbearers are Matt Jones, Blaze Jones, Jason Smith, Gil Guiterrez, John Burks, Michael Guiterrez, and Tony Guiterrez.

Visitation will be 5-8pm Wednesday at Farrar Funeral Home.
