Funeral services for Michael Colten Cain, 25, of Strong, Ark. will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 17, 2020 at Green Grove Chapel in Strong, Ark. with Bro. Rickey Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Green Grove Cemetery under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home in Farmerville.
Mr. Cain passed away on January 12, 2020 in Forward Township, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Cain was a member of Green Grove Chapel and attended Junction City High School. He worked in construction for the pipeline and boilermakers. Colten enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a loving father to his son, Cash Cain, and truly enjoyed spending time with him. Colten was a jokester and loved picking on his friends and making them laugh or smile. Colten would remind them that he was a "Ten" not a "Ton". He loved his wife, Hannah, and cared deeply about her.
Mr. Cain was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Bud Jobe.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Hannah Cain of Parkers Chapel, Ar.; son, Cash Cain of Parkers Chapel, Ar.; mother, Shonda Pieroni (Nick) of El Dorado, Ar.; father, Chris Cain (Lisa) of Linville, La.; step-dad, Danny Mitchell of Wesson, Ar.; paternal grandparents, Michael Cain (Kay) of Huttig, Ar.; maternal grandparents, Anita Jobe of Mt. Holly, Ar. and Ronald Surrett of Little Rock, Ar.; sisters, Callie Cain of Huttig, Ar. and Whitney Benton (Jared) of Oak Grove, La.; step-sister, Sam Tucker (Matt) of Linville, La.; step-brothers, Jason Matthews (Ashley) of Evans City, Pa., Ryan Conley of Linville, La. and Scott Pieroni of El Dorado, Ar.; nieces and nephews, Carson, Cannon, Millie, Brody, Bentlee, Beaux, Maverick, Sawyer, Jaxon, Brantley, Nolan and Mason; and a host of other family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Caleb Gill, Michael Brown, Khari Moore, James Lewis, Seth Dugal and Josh Atkins.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. ~ 8:00 p.m., Thursday, January 16, 2020 at Green Grove Chapel in Strong, Ark.
