Funeral services for Mary Marie Sawyer, age 85 of Farmerville, LA, will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, October 10, 2022 at Farrar Funeral Home in Farmerville, LA, with Bro. Aleck Nygaard officiating.

Mary was employed with Malone and Hyde in Monroe and served as a secretary throughout her years of employment. She loved to crochet and quilt, and fishing was her favorite hobby. She loved her pets, especially her dog Petey.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents Albert Green and Kniller Skipper McIntosh, daughter Becky Marie Harrison, son Charles Michael Smith; sister Velma Marie Savell; and brother Albert Lonnie McIntosh.

Mary is survived by her son Ritchie L. Smith and wife Raye Anne; grandchildren; Martha Janice Williams, R.G. Harrison, and Logan Christian Smith; great grandchild Tristen Spencer; special friends Francis baugh and Susie Cumpton; and a host of friends and family.

Serving as pallbearers will be Amanda Starr, Mark Starr, Logan Smith, Robert Mattson, Doug Jackson, and Maverick Steward. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be C.W. Wheeler and Mr. Dickie Miller.
