Funeral services for Mary Ellen Nolan, 82, of Farmerville will be held at 10:00am, Saturday, January 20, 2018 at Antioch Baptist Church with Bro. Rubin Weaver and Bro. Wilton Nolan officiating. Interment will follow in Antioch Cemetery under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home in Farmerville.

Mrs. Nolan went to her heavenly home on January 15, 2018. Mary loved working in her yard. She was a great cook and truly enjoyed cooking for her family. She loved her children and her grandchildren. When she was unable to go to church, she watched it on t.v. Mary was a Godly disciplinarian and led her children towards Jesus Christ.

Mrs. Nolan was preceded in death by her parents, Willie & Minnie George; sisters, Margie Wisenor and Lucy Hall; brother, Hosea George; and grandchildren, Trapper Adkins and Chasity Adkins.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband, Joey Nolan; three sons, Curtis Lynn Adkins & wife, Laura, Carl Adkins & wife, Donna and Channing Nolan & wife, Alicia; two daughters, Keitha Powell & husband, Steve and Melissa Lightsey; nine grandchildren, Ty Adkins, Cory Powell (Kari), Crystal Caraway (Sandy), Ciara Boudloche (Lloyd), Lucas Nolan, Garrett Nolan, Heather Deblieux, Del Martin and Lizzie Martin; five great-grandchildren, Lexi Adkins, Shelby Adkins, Addyson Smith, Rylie Caraway and Michaela Thomas; and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, January 19, 2018 from 5:00pm 8:00pm at Antioch Baptist Church.
