A graveside service for Mrs. Mary Ellen Miller, 93, of Farmerville, La., will be held 2:00 p.m., Monday, May 9, 2022 at Farmerville City Cemetery in Farmerville, La. with Bro. Bart Miller officiating and Jim Rhodes conducting the music. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 1:40 p.m., Monday, May 9, 2022 at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel in Farmerville, La. prior to the graveside service.

Mary Ellen Miller was born December 15, 1928 and passed away May 3, 2022. Mrs. Mary was a loving mother and grandmother. She was a lifelong member of Farmerville Church of Christ and loved her church family. Mary worked as a beautician at her own shop for over fifty years. In her past time, Mary loved to paint. Mary was loved by many and will be dearly missed.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Shady and Mittie Armstrong Laster; husbands, Darrell Tucker and George Miller, Jr.; sons, Gary Tucker and Barry Tucker; brothers, Aubry Laster (Myrtice) and William Laster (Carolyn); and sister-in-law, Tommie Laster.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Judy Strickland; grandsons, Chris Strickland (Paula), Casey Strickland, Michael Wathen, and Joseph Adkins; granddaughters, Stacie Cain, Paula Rodriguez, and Jessica Elliot; brother, L. J. Laster; sisters, Barbara Nolan and Katie Ann McKinnie; along with numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
