Dr. M. Temple Douglas, 77, of Houston, TX, formerly of Farmerville, LA, went to his heavenly home August 6, 2017. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Dr. Douglas enjoyed birding and was a dedicated physician. All of his grandchildren affectionately called him "Doc".

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mack and Betsy Douglas; and one sister, Ken McWilliams.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Patricia Wade Douglas of Farmerville; son, Adrian Douglas of Houston, TX; 2 step-daughters: Kimberly Monk & husband, Jeff of Farmerville and Erin Croft of Farmerville; 3 grandchildren: Trevor, Chloe & Ava Douglas; 5 step-grandchildren: Sam, Ben, Jack & Callie Monk and Ryder Genis; and many other relatives and friends.
