A Memorial Service for Malcolm Edward McVicker, 61, of Marion will be held at 3:00pm, Sunday, December 9, 2018 at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Bubba Hoggatt and Bro. Mike Holloway officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home of Farmerville.

Mr. McVicker went to his heavenly home on December 3, 2018. Mr. McVicker was an ordained Minister in our area, serving in Bosco, Downsville, Arcadia and Monroe. Eddie lived to hunt and fish. He loved teaching young hunters the art of hunting and involving them in his Youth Ministry. Eddie loved his children, grandchildren and his family.

Mr. McVicker was preceded in death by his parents, Malcolm Lee McVicker and Peggy Futch White; sister, Connie Leigh McVicker; and brother-in-law, Ricky Finklea.

Left to cherish his memory is his two daughters, Lisa McVicker (Casey) and Amanda McVicker (Michael); one son, Malcolm Joshua McVicker (Haley); one sister, Roxanne Finklea; step-father, Billy Ray White; seven grandchildren, Alexa Cobb, Courtland Cobb, Cara Fontana, Maleigh Snell, Gauge Berry, Caysen Berry and Carter McVicker; and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be Sunday, December 9, 2018 from 1:30pm until 3:00pm at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel.
