Funeral services for Loye Albritton, age 75 of Farmerville, LA, will be held at 2:30 PM, Sunday, May 24, 2026 at Antioch Baptist Church with Bro. Rubin Weaver and Bro. David Byrnes officiating. Interment will follow at Liberty Hill Taylor Cemetery under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home.

Loye was a graduate of Farmerville High School and a member of Antioch Baptist Church. He worked in the oilfield as a driller for many years. After that, Loye worked at IMC in Sterlington, Louisiana. He ended his career retiring from Great Lakes Chemical Company in Eldorado, Arkansas. Loye enjoyed hunting and fishing with his son and grandson. His greatest joy was watching River play baseball.

Loye was preceded in death by his parents, Ollie Lee and Christine Mann Albritton; brother, Jerry Lane Albritton; and nephew, Ashley Lane Albritton.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Kathy Gray Albritton; son, Derek Albritton; grandson, River Albritton; brother, Roye Albrittion (Donna); and a host of nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at 1:30 PM, prior to the service, at Antioch Baptist Church, Sunday, May 24, 2026.
