Funeral services for Mrs. Lona Faye Dixon, age 81 of Marion, LA will be held at 10:00 AM Monday January 09, 2023 at Antioch Baptist Church with Bro. Ruebin Weaver officiating. Interment will follow in Liberty Cemetery in Linville under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home.

Mrs. Faye is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years Billy Joe Dixon, whom she loved very much, her parents: Burnell "Pop" Ford and Lona Nolan Russell, one brother: Benny Ford, and two sisters: Gaye Fowler Day and Billie Bowen.

She is survived by her son Steven M. Dixon and wife Toshia, two grandchildren: Brandon Lee Dixon and wife Meghan and Sara Marie Broussard and husband Ryan, five special great grandchildren: Laney and Rance Broussard and Ella, Maddie Joe, and Myra Dixon, one sister: Sandra Perry and husband Jodey, one sister-in-law: Willie Graves, and special friends: Roger and Theressa Eubanks, Novice Taylor, and Elara Home Health nurse Nicole Carter.

Serving as pallbearers will be Lanny Parker, Jared Bowen, Jason Mathews, Mark Graves, Rodney Graves, and Joe Farrar. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Mrs. Fayes Sunday school class at Antioch Baptist Church and Fred Franklin.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Sunday, January 08, 2023 at Antioch Baptist Church.
