A funeral service for Lynn Nell Hudson, 79 of Farmerville, La., will be held 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 11, 2022 at Farmerville United Methodist Church in Farmerville, La. Visitation will be held 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 11, 2022 at Farmerville United Methodist Church in Farmerville, La. prior to the funeral service.

Lynn arrived in heaven on July 8, 2022. Lynn was born to Mary Stegall Hudson and Russell Hudson on December 15, 1942 in Eldorado, AR. She is preceded in death by her parents Mary and Russell Hudson, a brother Russell Hudson, and maternal grandparents Jess and Ester Stegall, and paternal grandparents John and Annalena Hudson.

Lynn graduated from nursing school in Little Rock, AR. in 1963. Her career in nursing included intensive care, surgical, home health nursing, and administration. At the end of a 35-year nursing career Lynn's caring spirit inspired her to be a successful entrepreneurial business owner. Through her business she not only met but was able to improve many people's quality of life.

If you were to ask Lynn what the most important role in life was, she would say dedication to the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She was an active member of the First United Methodist Church in Farmerville, LA. prior to a health issue. She was a member of the choir and was always available to help those in need.

Lynn leaves behind several cousins and her extended family, the Mulkeys, who loved her as a daughter, a sister, an aunt, and a wonderful friend.
