A graveside service for Mrs. Lena Maxine Taylor, 91, of Farmerville, La., will be held on Tuesday, January 25, 2022, 2:00 p.m. at Laran Cemetery in Spearsville, La.

Mrs. Maxine was born February 10, 1930 and passed away on January 23, 2022. Maxine was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved her family very much. Maxine was very artistic and enjoyed painting pictures, and she also loved animals. She was an educator and she loved teaching children. Mrs. Maxine was loved by many and will be dearly missed.

Maxine was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Loreas Black; and son, Earvin Dwain Rogers.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Jack Taylor; son, Don Rogers (Becky); daughter-in-law, Maureen Rogers; six grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, along with numerous family members and friends.
