Funeral services for Kenneth Troy Braswell, 49, of Farmerville will be held at 2:00pm, Monday, November 13, 2017 at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Bob Jackson officiating. Burial will be in Farmerville City Cemetery under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home in Farmerville.

Kenneth Troy Braswell was born January 16, 1968 and passed from this life on November 10, 2017 at his home, surrounded by his family, after a long battle with cancer. He was a life-long resident of Farmerville and was a member of Sardis Baptist Church. Kenneth was a graduate of Farmerville High School and Louisiana Tech University with a Registered Nursing degree. He also served for four years in the United States Army. He worked for many years at Napa in Farmerville, where he made many friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Troy Lawrence & Carrie Joy Braswell; sister, Joann B. Hogan; brother, Charles Ray Braswell; and a niece, Brandi Braswell.

He is survived by his four children, Heath Simpson & Amy, Allison Braswell, Katie Braswell and Blake Braswell; three brothers, Ronnie Braswell, Michael "Mikey" Braswell, and Glen M. Braswell & wife, Dawn; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

Kenny loved comic books, super heros, movies, flower gardening, with roses being his favorite and most of all, he loved all of his children.

He was a strong fighter by heart. He never gave up fighting the cancer. He had, and always did, have a good outlook on life. He would always cheer you up if you needed it. He loved everyone that he met and was such a kind and sweet soul. He will be truly missed by all.

Pallbearers will be David Smith, Scotty Tucker, Shane Boggs, Tracey Phillips, Oliver Phillips and Jarrod Albritton.

Visitation will be 5:00pm 7:00pm, Sunday, November 12, 2017 at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel.
