A graveside service for Mrs. Kay Wade, 73, of Farmerville, La., will be held on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, 3:00 PM at Liberty Hill-Taylor Cemetery in Farmerville, La. with Bro. Aleck Nyegaard officiating.

Mrs. Kay Wade passed away on December 4, 2021. Kay was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, and she enjoyed spending time with her family. She was an avid reader, and she loved to cook. Kay loved John Wayne movies and enjoyed watching NCIS on television as well. She attended Liberty Hill Baptist Church. Mrs. Kay was dearly loved and will be missed by many.

Kay was preceded in death by: her parents, Nash and Gladys Williams; brothers, Ray Williams, Johnny Williams, and Roy Williams; and granddaughter, Bridget Tucker.

Those left to cherish her memory include: her husband of 55 years, Fred "Mack" Wade; children, Joey Wade, Nancy Brantley (Carey), and Kevin Wade; grandchildren, Brooklyn Russell, Kaitlin Wade, Kassie Wade, Kenzie Wade, Caleb Wade, and Emma Brantley; two great-grandchildren, Khloe and Jenson Tucker; siblings, Ronnie Williams (Betty), J.N. Williams (Karen), and Faye Holloway (John); sister-in-law, Julie Jones (Steve); along with numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
