Funeral services for Mrs. June Berry Tettleton, age 64 of Farmerville, LA, will be held Saturday, December 7, 2024 at Farrar Funeral Home in Farmerville, La. Bro. Andy Allred and Bro. Kelly Coleman will be officiating. Interment will follow at Liberty Hill Taylor Cemetery under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home.
June was a graduate of West Monroe High School. In 1987 she married the love her life, Nicky, and moved to Union Parish. She retired from the Union Parish School Board as a bus driver after 27 years. June also worked at the Union Parish Council on Aging till 2022. She was giving, caring, and was organized in anything she did. June was a MiMi to the love of her life, granddaughter, Chloe.
June was preceded in death by her parents: Kenneth Berry, Sr. and Beth Berry; sister: Dianne Greer; nieces: Amy Waggoner and Teri Clark; and great nephew: Cameron Landry.
She is survived by her husband of 37 years: Nicky Tettleton; daughter: Ashley Tettleton; granddaughter: Chloe Kennedy; sister: Carol Waggoner (Mike); brother: Ken Berry, Jr (Sherry Williams).; aunts: Jan Harrison (Jim) and Violet Berry; nieces: Adell Berry Johnson (Brian) Misty Jones, and Brooke Greer; great nieces: Madison Waggoner and fiancé Alex Drake, Anna Claire and Alyssa; and numerous cousins and other relatives.
Serving as pallbearers will be Tim Tettleton, Matt Miller Mike Waggoner, David Donavon, Alex Drake, Larry Waggoner. Honorary pallbearers will be Trey Moody, Lee Hicks, Jim Harrison, and Daniel Earl Tettleton.
Visitation will be from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM, prior to the service, Saturday, December 7, 2024 at Farrar Funeral Home.
The family would like to thank Christina Ross at Darbonne Health Care Clinic, Maries Medical, Dr. Tiana Endicott and staff at Baylor Scott and White in Dallas, TX, and the SICU at St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe, La.
