Memorial graveside services for Mrs. Julia Fitzhugh Milner have been changed to church services at the First United Methodist Church in Bernice, LA at 2:00 PM, Saturday October 29, 2022 due to the threat of inclement weather. Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM till time of services.

Julia Fitzhugh Milner, age 94, of Russellville died Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at Johnson County Health and Rehab.  She was born April 20, 1928, in Malvern to Theodore and Ruth Colvin Fitzhugh.

She was a member of Bernice United Methodist Church in Bernice, Louisiana.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Clinton Milner; an infant daughter; and a son, John Curtis Milner.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Tom Post of Russellville; a nephew, Bradley Niederman of Denver, Colorado; a grandson and his spouse, John and Jessica Post of Fayetteville; a granddaughter, Laura Wyatt of Arkadelphia; and five great-grandchildren.

Local arrangements are under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
