Visitation for Mrs. Judy Strickland, of Farmerville, LA, will be held Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at 2:00PM at the Farmerville Church of Christ followed by services at 3:00PM and interment at City Cemetery in Farmerville, LA with Brother Bart Miller officiating.

Judy Strickland was born April 29, 1946 and passed away August 27, 2023. Mrs. Judy was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a lifelong member of the Farmerville Church of Christ and loved her church family. Judy was co-owner of People's Department Store on the courthouse square. In her past time Judy loved taking care of her grandkids and great-grandkids. Judy was loved by many and will be dearly missed.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Darrell and Mary Tucker; husband, Jim Strickland; and brothers, Gary Tucker and Barry Tucker.
Those left to cherish her memory include her sons, Casey Strickland and Chris Strickland (Paula); grandchildren, Ryan Phelps (Tiffany), Kyle Phelps (Jess), Rachael Morgan (Jacob) and Christian Strickland (Ashlyn); great-grandchildren, Owen, Noah and Luke Morgan, Linda and Sadie Drew Strickland and Rylee, Hadley and Jocie Phelps as well as numerous other family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Christian Strickland, Ryan Phelps, Kyle Phelps, Jacob Morgan, Lance Futch and Joe Preaus.
