Funeral services for JoAnn McIntosh Gardner, of Thornton, Ark. will be held at 2:00pm, Sunday, July 9, 2017 at Mt. Patrick Baptist Church with Bro. Michael McIntosh officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Patrick Cemetery under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home in Farmerville.

Mrs. Gardner, 84, went to her heavenly home July 6, 2017. She was a member of Thornton First Baptist Church and enjoyed spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Cathy Diane Gardner; parents, Frank & Ada McIntosh; and one sister, Betty Jean Harvey.

Left to cherish her memory is her two sons, Gary Gardner & wife, Evelyn of Thornton, Ark. and Ricky Gardner & wife, Charlotte of Camden, Ark.; two daughters, Judy Hammond & husband, Don and Pam Brown & husband, Danny all of Bearden, Ark.; three brothers, Johnny Frank McIntosh & wife, Cheryl of Farmerville, La., Billy McIntosh & wife, Patricia of Bernice, La. and Donnie McIntosh & wife, Regina of Hope, Ark.; one sister, Faye Shoemaker of Monroe, La.; seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Pallbearers will be Wayne Harvey, Terry Harvey, Scotty Peebels, Eric Gardner, Hayden Higdon, Frank Remick, Todd Wilson and Danny Brown.

Honorary pallbearers will be Don Hammond and Jamie Gardner.

Visitation will be from 1:00 until time of the service at the church.
