Obituary

Jimmy Pardue of Farmerville finished his last project on Sunday, October 31, 2021. He was 62. Raised in Rocky Branch, Jimmy spent 30 years working in the Monroe gas field until he retired in 2012. He loved his grandkids, fishing, bluegrass music, helping people, and building anything anyone asked him to build.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Wilma Pardue.

Jimmy is survived by his wife of 40 years, LaDonna Hicks Pardue; by his two children, Eric Pardue and Audrey Ewing, and son-in-law Clint Ewing; by his beloved grandchildren, Lemley Grace Ewing, Helen Catherine Ewing, John Luther Ewing, and Gavin Rawls; by his three sisters and their spouses, Sharon and Lester Davidson, Donna and Terry Chavers, and Edie Lemley; and by a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends, and his ride-or-die, Janelle Brown.

Visitation will be held at Crestview Baptist Church in Farmerville on Monday, November 1, from 5:00 – 8:00 pm. A graveside service will be held at Enterprise Baptist Church in Farmerville on Tuesday, November 2, at 2:00 pm.

Pallbearers will be Steve Auger, Virgil Brantley, Mark Bryan, Damon Odom, Stevie Pace, Casey Savage, and Keith Taylor.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks your consideration of the Crestview Baptist Church building fund, the Louisiana Tech University Foundation, or the D'Arbonne Woods Baseball Team.
