Funeral services for Imogene Patterson, 81, of Farmerville will be held at 10:00am Thursday, April 7, 2016 at Salem Baptist Church with Bro. Aleck Nyegaard and Bro. Kurt Auger officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Hill/Taylor Cemetery under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home in Farmerville.

Mrs. Patterson, a homemaker, went to her heavenly home on April 5, 2016. She was a member of Liberty Hill Primitive Baptist Church, loved gardening, yardwork and cooking. She especially enjoyed doing things for others.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Royce L. Patterson; 1 great grandson, Nathaniel "Nat" Simpson; her great aunt & uncle, Annie and Evans Wyatt (who raised her); 2 brothers: Roy Wyatt and Ira Wyatt; and 1 sister: Elaine Willis.

Left to cherish her memory is her son, Terry L. Patterson & wife, Nan of Nacogdoches, TX; 2 daughters: Gloria Patterson Riser & Ben of Farmerville and JoAnne Patterson Cobb & husband, Ricky of Farmerville; 9 grandchildren: Benjamin Riser & wife, Allison, Samantha Riser Massey & husband, Heath, Brandy Maxwell, Amanda Morris, Heath Patterson & wife, KayLee, Hannah Patterson, Jessica Cobb Phillips & husband, Cody, Lyndsi Cobb Logue & husband, Will and Justin Cobb & wife, LeeAnn; 15 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews & other relatives and many friends.

Pallbearers will be Pete Taylor, Mike Tynes, Benjamin Riser, Heath Massey, Justin Cobb, Cody Phillips, Will Logue, and Heath Patterson. Honorary pallbearers will be all of her great grandchildren.

Visitation is 5-8pm Wednesday at Farrar Funeral Home.
