Funeral services for Gloria Nell Spencer, age 92 of Farmerville, LA, will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, January 30, 2026 at Wards Chapel Church of Christ with Terry Cole and Don Delukie officiating. Interment will follow at Rocky Branch Cemetery under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home.

Gloria was a graduate of Farmerville High School. After high school, she worked as a Cafeteria worker, substitute teacher, and 4-H Leader in the Rocky Branch School System. She attended Rocky Branch Church of Christ and Wards Chapel Church of Christ. Gloria was a faithful wife, loving mother, and grandmother.

Gloria was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Elmer Mayer Spencer; parents, Olan and Gladys Boles Hayes; brother, Glynn Hayes; and her granddaughter, Heather McCarty.

She is survived by her sons, Johnny Spencer, Sr. (Margarett) and Bruce Spencer (Jen); grandchildren, Johnny Spencer, Jr., Victoria Armstrong, Bruce Spencer, Jr., and Christy Ticheli (Adam); nine great grandchildren; and one sister, Betty Spillers (Kenneth).

Serving as pallbearers will be Johnny Spencer, Jr., Bruce Spencer, Jr., Jeremy Hayes, Ben Ticheli, Cody McCarty, and Damion McCarty.

Visitation will be held at 12:30 PM until the time of service, Friday, January 30, 2026 at Wards Chapel Church of Christ.
