Private family funeral services for Glenda Gale Wade, 69, of Farmerville will be held at 2:00pm, Sunday, October 7, 2018 at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel of Farmerville with Tommy Bennett officiating. Burial will follow in Antioch cemetery, in Spearsville, under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home in Farmerville.
Mrs. Wade went to her heavenly home on October 5, 2018. She enjoyed decorating and restoring unique items. She loved her family very much, kept a spotless home, and reminded everyone to take their shoes off at the door.
Mrs. Wade was preceded in death by her parents, John Henry Pace & Naomi Otwell DeRouen; step father, Robert DeRouen; sister, Vicki DeRouen; brother, Jimmy De Rouen; sister, Judy Pace Landry Hooker; and brother, David Pace.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Kenneth Wayne Wade of Farmerville; one son, Leonce Guidry & wife, Darcie of Bernice; one daughter, Alicia Guidry Nevala & husband, Danny of Farmerville; one sister, Donna DeRouen of Farmerville; one half-brother, John Phillip Pace of Bastrop; two half-sisters, Jonette Pace of Taylor. Ark and Emily Caler of Ashdown, Ark.; one step-daughter, Carolina Nichols & husband, Craig of Montrose, Ark.; special great Aunt, Gerry Stewart of Groves, Tx.; four grandchildren, Shelby Flowers, Sarah Guidry, Erin Nevala and Nick Nevala; one step-grandchild, Caleb Nichols; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Jake Wade, Donnie Wade, Joel Waller, Mackenzie Johnson, Bill Nevala, Todd Guidry and Christopher Guidry.
Visitation will be Saturday, October 6, 2018 from 5:00pm – 7:00pm at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel in Farmerville.
