A funeral service for Mrs. Florece Miller, 82, of Downsville, La. will be held on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, 10:00 AM at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel in Farmerville, La. with Bro. Louis Bartett officiating the service. Interment will follow in Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Eros, La. under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 14, 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel in Farmerville, La.

Mrs. Florece Miller passed away on December 12, 2021. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Florece was very artistic and loved to paint. She also enjoyed gardening and working with her flowers. Mrs. Florece was loved by many and will be dearly missed.

Florece was preceded in death by her loving husband, John M. Miller; granddaughter, Amber Tatum; grandson, Trentyn Miller; son-in-law, Joe Henderson; great-grandson, Daniel Stafford; and siblings, Mary Murray, Levon Patterson, and Bert Patterson.

Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Sherri Henderson McDaniel (Skipper), James Ray Miller, Sr. (Angela), Donna Saunders (Donovan), Evelyn Erikson (Mark), John David Miller (Christy), and Danyal Ringo (Scotty); nineteen grandchildren, thirty-six great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, along with numerous family members and a host of friends.

Pallbearers will be Joseph Henderson, Trevor Miller, James Miller, Jr., Ethan Williams, Shane McCormick, and Cody Tatum. Honorary pallbearers will be Hunter Tatum, Elisha Henderson, Tristan Miller, and Joseph Hutchinson.
