It is with broken hearts and unending sadness that we announce the passing of Dorothy Earlene Osborne Roller on October 20, 2023.

Over the past three years, Dorothy has battled severe back and leg pain. RL, with infinite patience, cared for her and met her every need. A special thank you goes to the precious members of Farmerville Church of Christ, who embodied a Christlike love for Dorothy and RL through the many visits, cards, food, and help during times of distress. RL, Dorothy, and their children will never forget, and hopefully will follow their examples of goodness.

Dorothy loved God, and her greatest desire was for her family and others to know the Lord. This was her family's greatest inheritance. She emphasized education and was always so proud that all her children and grandchildren have graduated from college.

She leaves in her absence a void in the hearts of her husband of 73 years, RL Roller, and their four children: Dr. Michael Roller and his wife, Vicky, Dr. Deborah Watters and her husband, Miles, Mark Roller and his wife, Kathy, and Christie McComas and her husband, Paul; 11 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her sweet sister Martha Anderson.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Ollie May Kelly Osborne, her three brothers Leo, Guy, and Cecil Osborne, and her sister Loraine.

Her services will be held on Monday, October 23, 3023, at the Farmerville Church of Christ at 2:00 PM. The viewing will be from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM also at the Farmerville Church of Christ.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to her nephew, Randy Roller, who is battling cancer. His address is 65 Love Road in McMinnville, Tn 37110.
