Mr. Charles S. Terral, 81, of Farmerville, LA, passed away on November 26, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.

Charles was born on April 26, 1944, to Robert L. and Geneva Allen Terral. He grew up in Downsville, LA, and graduated from Downsville High School where he excelled in basketball. He married the love of his life, Patsy Tucker, and they built their life together in Farmerville. Charles attended ULM and spent his career in the building industry, working as a commercial construction superintendent and later as a building contractor. He was a lead superintendent on many local landmarks including the Louisiana Tech Football Stadium and Glenwood Regional Medical Center. He was also the owner/operator of Terral Outdoor Advertising and Terral Plan Service. He was a licensed real estate broker and certified appraiser.

Charles was active in many organizations over the years, including the Masons, the Lions' Club, the Methodist Men, and the Farmerville Chamber of Commerce. He was a member of the Twin Creeks Hunting Club and the Farmerville Drug Coffee Drinkers. Charles took joy in creating things with his own hands. He made beautiful pieces of handmade wood furniture. He enjoyed hunting, red fishing, cooking gumbo, grilling, and making jelly. He particularly enjoyed going on any kind of "adventure" such as traveling or exploring. Charles dearly loved Pat and his "favorite child" Dana. He was blessed to be "Pop" to "his girl," granddaughter Marisa. His new loves were his "blue-eyed girl" Emerson and his sweet smiling Evie.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents: Robert Lee and Geneva Allen Terral; sisters: Tina Mae Terral, Daisy Livingston, and Bobbie Savage; brothers: Robert Lee Terral, Jr., Jordan Grey Terral, Thomas Wesley Terral, and William Allen Terral.

Charles is survived by his wife, Pat; his daughter Dana Estes (Mike) of Farmerville, granddaughter Marisa Estes Gleason (John), great-granddaughters Emerson Mae Gleason and Evie Michael Gleason, sister Geneva Sue Goodwin (Buddy), sister Sammie Beuscher, sister-in-law Pam Denton, brother-in-law Gary Tucker (Rachael), sister-in-law Mary Freeman (Von), brother-in-law Tommy Tucker (Donna), and many nieces, nephews, and friends. He will also be missed by his faithful companion Tracker.

A celebration of Charles's life will be held on Monday, December 1, at 2:30 p.m. at the Farmerville Methodist Church with the visitation at 1:30 p.m. prior to the service. The service will be held under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home with Brother Hank Hamilton officiating.

Pallbearers are John Gleason, Tracy Terral, Dent Taylor, Scotty Booth, Dr. Chris Ward, and Ron Manning. Honorary pallbearers are the Farmerville Drug Coffee Drinkers and the Methodist Men.

Following the service, a graveside service will take place at Farmerville City Cemetery. Any memorial donations may be made to the Farmerville Methodist Church.
