Funeral services for Catherine Ann Rosson, 63, of Farmerville will be held at 10:00am, Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Aleck Nyegaard officiating. Burial will be in Enterprise Cemetery, near Farmerville, under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home in Farmerville.

Mrs. Rosson went to her heavenly home on May 20, 2018, surrounded by her precious family. Catherine was a lifelong native of Farmerville and a member of Enterprise Baptist Church. Writing was her passion, penning poems and children's books for her family. She loved to cook, learning from her mother (MaMaw Dub), and was well known for her Bar-B-Que cups and her Southern Fried Potato. She loved the Lord and her Bible study time. Her favorite color was red and she was also an avid fan of Elvis Presley. Mrs. Rosson never met a stranger. Catherine was a loving mother, grandmother, and aunt to her loving nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Rosson was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph & Louise Sharp Rosson; one brother, Johnny Rosson; one sister, Karen Rosson; and one nephew, Ronnie Cook.

Left to cherish her memory are her two daughters, Dana Louise Stockle (Todd) and Zola Paulette Colson (Jason) all of Farmerville; one brother, Jimmy Rosson (Brenda) of Farmerville; one sister, Rachel Cook (Leo) of Farmerville; four grandchildren, Destiny, Ethan, Taylor and Trevor; nieces and nephews, Jamie Cook, special niece Carrie Watson, Donnie Cook, Shanon Rosson, Benji Rosson, Amber Hudson, Emilee Rosson, Caleb Rosson, Sabrina Harrison and Samantha Santiny; many great nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Todd Stockle, Ethan Stockle, Garrett White, Zachary Harrison, Jason Lenard and Shane Dawkins.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry Santiny, Jarod Santiny, Trevor Lenard and Donnie Cook.

Visitation will be from 5:00pm-8:00pm, Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel.
