A funeral service for Mrs. Beverly Sue "Booger" Millsap, 71, of Bernice, La., will be held 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 13, 2022 at Shiloh Baptist Church in Bernice, La. with Bro. J. L. Foster officiating. Interment will follow in Barrett Cemetery in Bernice, La. under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 13, 2022 at Shiloh Baptist Church in Bernice, La. prior to the funeral service.

Beverly Sue "Booger" Millsap was born November 20, 1950 and passed away June 11, 2022. Beverly loved her family and they meant the world to her. She worked as an LPN for over 17 years, serving in Shreveport, Minden, Ruston, and several home health agencies. Beverly was an avid deer hunter. She loved to be outdoors hunting and fishing. You could find Beverly out antiquing and she was fondly known as "Little General". Beverly was loved by many and will be dearly missed.

She is preceded in death by her parents, J. C. and Birma Dallas Cox Barrett.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 53 years, John Millsap; two sons, John John Millsap and wife Peggy and Justin Millsap; grandson, Logan Taylor and wife Darby; granddaughter, Landon Millsap; niece "daughter", Cherin Baker; nephew, Marc Schneider; and sister, Sandra Schneider.

Pallbearers will be Justin Millsap, John John Millsap, Todd Brown, Jason Turner, Shawn Busby, and Mark Schneider. Honorary pallbearers will be Jr. Golden, Spencer Golden, and Caleb Dendy.
