Funeral services for Ms. Betty Ann Weaver, age 75 of Spearsville, LA will be held at 2:30 PM, Saturday, August 17, 2024 at Farrar Funeral Home with Bro. Ricky Smith and Bro. Terry Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Beech Grove Cemetery under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home.

Betty attended Claiborne Vocational School before going on to receive her LVN degree at Homer Hospital. She worked at Jack Winter Garment Factory and drove a bus to pick other workers up.. She dedicated her life to helping and serving all the needs of peoples. Betty sacrificed so much to make sure her family was loved and well cared for.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Troy and Eunice Smith Eunice; sister, Sally Jane Nolan; brother, Kenneth Joe Smith; and great grandchild, T.J. Murphy.

She is survived by her life partner, D.C. Massey; three daughters, Tina Wheeler (Dale), Elizabeth Weaver, and Sabrina Weaver; six grandchildren; Five great grandchildren; two brothers, Jessie Smith and David Lee Smith (Kathy); and three sisters, Francis Dison, Frankie Rowland (Danny), and Kay Dison.

Serving as pallbearers will be Joey Wheeler, Anthony Bissell, Jacob Bissell, Jeff Martin, Ben Thurmon, Danny Evans, and Billy Joe Dison.

Visitation will be held at 1:00 PM, prior to the service, August 17, 2024 at Farrar Funeral Home.
