Funeral services for Mrs. Betty Jean Henshaw, age 69 of Farmerville, LA, will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, July 18, 2024 at Farrar Funeral Home with Bro. Andy Allred officiating. Interment will follow at New Hope Church of God Cemetery under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home.

Betty was born June 7, 1955 and won her healing battle from cancer on July 13, 2024.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Margaret Louise Bryan King; granddaughter, Kaitlyn Henshaw; and her brother, James King.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Danny Henshaw; son, Danny Henshaw, Jr. (Melanie); daughter, Kellie Miles (Trevor); three grandchildren, Caleb Wright, Kyle Henshaw, and Madilynn Wells; two great grandchildren; and her sisters, Bonnie Neal and Mary Mitcham.

Serving as pallbearers will be Trevor Miles, Madilynn Wells, Benjamin Ellis, Michael McFarlan, Brad Farrar, and Mike Derrick. Honorary pallbearers will be Steve Farrar, Jimmy Pillgreen, Shelby McMillan, Robbie Simmons, and Danny Henshaw, Jr.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at Farrar Funeral Home.
