A funeral service for Betty Ann Davis, 74, of Farmerville, La., will be held on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Marion, La. with Bro. Bubba Hoggatt and Bro. Robin Cox officiating. Interment will follow in Concord Cemetery in Marion, La. under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Marion, La.

Betty Ann Davis was born November 12, 1947 and passed away February 12, 2022. Betty was a loving mother and a generous person. She enjoyed the simple things in life and was grateful. Betty was a special, one of a kind person, what some would call the "salt of the earth". She loved the Lord with all her heart and enjoyed worshipping with her church family at First Baptist Church in Marion, La. Betty was loved by many and will be dearly missed.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Davis; parents, Perry and Evia Mae Wallace; and brothers, John Wallace and James Sidney Wallace.

Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Larry Davis; daughter-in-law, Cynthia McCleskey; along with numerous family members, friends, and a church family who dearly loved her.

Pallbearers will be Andy Jones, Jerry Baker, Bobby Earl Hicks, Chris Collingsworth, Boyce Keaster, and Glenn Sams.
