Arbutus Ilene Mack, 88, of Spearsville went to her heavenly home on October 23, 2017. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home in Farmerville.

Mrs. Mack was born to Ray & Ora Dennis on August 21, 1929 in Minong, WI and married Gilbert W. Mack, Jr. on January 25, 1947 in Spooner, WI. Arbutus was a homemaker and her hobbies were painting, needlework and farming.

Mrs. Mack was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert W. Mack, Jr.; and her parents, Ray & Ora Dennis.

Left to cherish her memory is her two sons, Neal Mack & wife, Sheree of Spearsville, La. and Del Mack & wife, Priscilla of Spearsville, La.; six daughters, Cherry Bailey of Mt. Home, Ar., Gilberta Young & husband, Robert of Magnolia, Ca., Trudy Stinett of Mt. Home, Ar., Crystal Mack of Spearsville, La., Orene Mack Traylor of Mt. Home, Ar., and Letha Mack of Spearsville, La.; one brother; two sisters; three sister-in-laws; twenty-five grandchildren; thirty-three great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild; her church family at Mt. Olive Baptist Church; and numerous other relatives and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to a Hospice of your choice or to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
