Angel Darnell
Bryan
Nov 28, 1972 — May 19, 2025
Farmerville
Angel Darnell Bryan, age 52 of Farmerville, LA, was born November 28, 1972 and passed away on May 19, 2025.
Angel had a creative soul and found comfort in writing poetry, often expressing herself through her words. She spent a good part of her life doing what she loved—working in cosmetology and helping others feel their best. She had a natural talent for beauty and style, especially when it came to hair. And true to form, she always made sure her own hair was done—because in her world, roots showing or a flat hairstyle just wasn't an option. At her best, she had a generous heart and a deep love for her family—always willing to help however she could. Though she faced many personal battles, the parts of her that shined through in moments of clarity will be remembered with love. "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." – Matthew 11:28
Angel was preceded in death by her father: Jimmy Lavell Patrick; paternal grandparents: Sid and Lila Patrick; maternal grandparents: Clenton and Marteal Redden; brother: Julio Aguilar "Jay", Jr.; cousin: Bradley Knight; and numerous aunts and uncles.
She is survived by her mother: Sherry Redden Braswell; two daughters: Whitney Maxwell (Zach Smith) and Reagan Robinson; son: Logan Smith; sisters: Lisa Dempsey, Tammy Patrick, and Jennifer Aguilar; great aunt: Doris Redden Russell; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and family members.
