Mrs. Alice Marie McKinnie, 61, of Marion, La., passed away on November 25, 2021. Mrs. Alice was a loving wife and mother. She loved her family and they meant the world to her. She nurtured and cared for her husband during and after his injuries. Alice also enjoyed hunting and fishing, and she loved to spend time with her pets. She was dearly loved and will be missed by many.

Mrs. Alice is preceded in death by: her father, John Willie Hodge; her brother, Stan Hodge; her sisters, Dixie Rhodes and Paulie Ann Hodge (infant); and her brother-in-law, Stevie McKinnie.

Those left to cherish her memory include: her husband of 40 years, Grady McKinnie; her children, T-John McKinnie (Kaylie) and Holly McKinnie (Bobby Johnson); her mother, Lula Hodge; her brother, Art Hodge; her sister, Cheryl Reppond Alessi; her grandson, Freddy Johnson; her niece, Kaitlyn Rhodes; her nephew, Dusty Rhodes (Kelsey); her great-nephew, J.D. Rhodes, her great-nieces, Allie Rhodes and Morgan Roberson; her brothers-in-law, Virgil McKinnie (Sharon), Randy McKinnie (Debbie), Jerry McKinnie (Thelma), and Phillip McKinnie; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of family and friends.
